(the company) at the request of the undersigned agreeing to supply good to consignee referred to and on the terms and conditions above, the undersigned hereby undertakes to pay on demand to the company all sums which are or may hereafter become due or payable to the company by the consignee for or by reason or arising out the supply of the said goods to the consignee and the undersigned hereby indemnities and agrees to keep indemnified the Company from and against all loess and damage which the Company may sustain or incur for or by reason or arising out of the said supply of good to the consignee of the company.
